Since high school, Jamie has been in the radio business! His journey brought him to Southern California in the early 80’s. Jamie’s voice has been heard on all 7 continents as the host of various syndicated radio programs in the 90’s. American Service Personnel, world wide, grooved to Jamie’s American Dance Traxx, a weekly countdown of the hottest dance songs in the country. Residents of Malaysia tuned in each week for the latest in American Music and information during Jamie’s weekly radio program.
In Las Vegas, Nevada 1995, Jamie and Morning Show Partner Gregg Hodges took the market by storm. Their antics became the talk of the town and at one point they arranged a dimming of the lights by all strip casino’s in a tribute to the late, great George Burns. All the commotion caught the attention of the Los Angeles radio market and Jamie moved to So Cal to host the morning show on upstart Y-107. For many years Jamie was also one of the production directors for legendary Los Angeles FM talk station KLSX. Over the last 10 years, Jamie became the program director for rock radio station “The Buzz” in the Virgin Islands.
He currently is the program director and on-air morning man for several stations in the Southwest. He has won numerous awards for production, writing, and commercial concepts throughout the years.
